Originally part of the DPA team from 2004-2006, Dave spent the next 5 years broadening his research, strategic marketing, project management and leadership skills at Ipsos Markinor and Luxury Branding before returning to DPA to take up the post of Managing Director in the later part of 2010.

Dave holds a BCom Marketing Management and a BCom (Hons) Business Management from the University of South Africa and is passionate about the potential that the African property industry holds, not only as a business opportunity, but as a catalyst to make a real difference to lives on the continent. His primary role, outside of leading and managing the every-day affairs of the company, is to develop and maintain an environment at DPA in which the team can thrive and subsequently deliver exceptional work to its clients.

Dave lives in Marina da Gama, Cape Town with his beautiful wife T’Neal and daughter Grace.
