As one of our senior research consultants she has over 21 years experience in the market research industry as well as some 10 years experience in marketing for a number of organisations in a variety of industries.

Shelley has extensive experience in market modeling, retail and other development consulting, particularly with the Massmart group, one of Douglas Parker Associates' largest clients.
