Our Consumer Laboratory is a representative sample of 2000 urban metropolitan households who have agreed to participate in regular Douglas Parker Associates market surveys.

The panel has been carefully put together to ensure balanced representation by area and key demographics, and the data are weighted to reflect the correct proportions in the market.

Quick Service

Interviewing is done from our Call Centre in Cape Town, and data is collected directly into a computer programme, so we save on courier time and data capture time.

Accurate & reliable results

Our panel members are used to doing surveys with us, and are not as inhibited as people contacted randomly.

Also, our Call centre operators are continuously monitored by a supervisor who listens in randomly to interviews. In spite of this, back checks are made of each Interviewers work to ensure accuracy.
